87th Street & Fifth Avenue:
New York, New York
When this was built in 1910, there was only one grand apartment per floor, boasting fourteen rooms and four baths. The building was then subdivided into four apartments per floor.
In 1994, the new owners hired Martin Brandwein Architect and interior designer Antonella Scarsini to combine the four apartments and bring the single unit design back to its original splendor. Notable features are the large living room and dining room which now flow out from a 33-foot-long foyer.
